Valmont Reports Net Sales Down 2% in 4Q19

For the fourth quarter 2019, Valmont's net sales were $683.6 million, a decline of 2%. Lower sales in international markets, particularly in Access Systems and international irrigation, were mostly offset by improvement across North American markets, led by Utility Support Structures.

AGCO, CNHI Report Revenues Down in 2019

2019 saw both AGCO and CNH Industrial finish in the red. Both reported consolidated revenues down for the full year, as well as in 4Q19. AGCO also reported negative impacts from the late harvest and low crop production in the U.S., while CNH Industrial experienced lower industry volumes in North America and Rest of World (RoW) markets.

CNH Industrial N.V. has reported fourth quarter and full year 2019 results for the period ended Dec. 31, 2019, stating that in the fourth quarter of 2019, consolidated revenues were $7.7 billion, down 6% compared to the fourth quarter of 2018. Consolidated revenues were $28.1 billion for the full year 2019, down 6% compared to 2018.
