Valmont Industries announced the closing of its acquisition of Australian irrigation parts supplier HR Products.
HR Products, which was established in Perth, Western Australia in 1979, provides a broad range of irrigation products to serve the agriculture and landscaping industries. Valmont said the acquisition strengthens its value proposition to customers in the Australian ag market by expanding its geographic footprint and accelerating the company’s aftermarket parts presence.
