CNH Industrial announced May 4 it had entered into a manufacturing partnership with strip-till implement manufacturer AGuru Machinery, based in Congerville, Ill. As part of the agreement, CNH Industrial purchased intellectual property from AGuru, including the drawings for AGuru’s current product line and the rights to manufacture it.
