Based on preliminary results of Ag Equipment Intelligence’s 2022 Big Dealer Report, dealer consolidation is continuing to pick up. While the total number of big dealers dropped to 195 from 197 last year, the total number of stores owned by big dealers increased from 2,358 in 2021 to 2,471 this year, an increase of about 4%. Big dealers now own 37% of total ag stores in North America vs. 35% in 2021.
