Young’s Equipment has announced that it will acquire Midwest Tractor effective Wednesday, February 1, 2012.

The addition of Midwest Tractor’s two locations in Davidson and Raymore, Saskatchewan, will give Young’s Equipment seven total dealership locations. The other are in Regina, Moose Jaw, Assiniboia, Windthorst, and Weyburn.

Case IH brand equipment is Young’s main line, but the dealer also carries the Bourgault, Kubota, Apache, MacDon, Degelman, Farm Aid, Riteway, Seed Hawk, Renn, Highline, Vermeer, Flexi-Coil, Honey Bee, Walinga, Land Pride, Sakundiak, Buhler Farm King and Convey-All lines.

In its press release announcing the acquisition, Young’s said, “We are extremely excited to welcome their new partners in Davidson and Raymore, and for this opportunity to expand, grow, and exceed our previous potential through collaboration and partnership.”
