Fremont, Neb. — Platte Valley Equipment, a 4-store John Deere dealership in Nebraska, has broken ground on a new store in Fremont, Neb.

The new facility will replace the existing Fremont location and will feature an expanded service shop, training facilities, parts department and showroom. The move is expected to occur in late 2020. Fremont is the flagship location for the dealership group, which is owned by Brandt Holdings Co.

Key features of the new facilities include:

• 30,000 square foot service shop

• 55,000 total square feet 

• 1,275 square feet of training facilities

• Current facilities total 34,000 square feet, with 18,000 square feet of service shop space
