SUNNYSIDE, Wash. — According to a report by the Daily Sun News, Central Machinery Sales, a 4-store Case IH dealer with locations in Washington and Oregon, has started building a new 16,000 square-foot office, parts and shop building.
"The Central Machinery Sales building project, located across from Bimart and behind Chevron, was one of 36 building permits the city on Sunnyside issued during the month of July.
"The new farm equipment building is valued at $1.4 million, accounting for more than half of the $2.35 million in new valuation for building projects permitted in July by Sunnyside."
