Massey Ferguson has announced it will open a new dealership in Villa Maria in the province of Cordoba, Argentina. The company running the dealership will be Legaz, which has been in the region for 45 years.
In June, the combined sales of tractors, harvesters and sprayers reached 774 units in Argentina or 11% more than the same month of 2021, according to the Argentinean Assn. of Automotive Dealerships (ACARA).
The province of Buenos Aires, the largest Argentinian province, has launched a plan to boost the production of agricultural machinery and aims to reach 95% of the inputs used to assemble the machinery made in Argentina.
