According to a complaint filed July 20 in the Southern District of Iowa, Canadian manure equipment manufacturer Nuhn Industries has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Iowa-based manure injector and auger manufacturer Bazooka Farmstar.
In a recent press release, Manitou stated, "the Court ordered Manitou BF to pay the plaintiff
the total sum of $180,000 for the loss suffered, rejecting the claim of JCB, which was claiming a loss of $229,000,000."
Farmers Edge had sued Farmobile, along with its founders Jason Tatge, Farmobile CEO, Heath Gerlock and Randy Nuss, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska for breach of explicit or implicit contract, breach of duty of loyalty and misappropriated trade secrets.
