Tom Taylor, GVP North American Ag, has announced his plans to retire from Alamo Group on June 30, 2022. Taylor has been with the Alamo Group for 20 years, having joined the team in 2002.
Net income for the year was $80.2 million, or $6.75 per diluted share, compared to net income of $57.8 million, or $4.88 per diluted share in 2020, a year-over-year improvement of 38.8%.
Alamo Group’s net sales for the third quarter of 2021 were $338.3 million compared to net sales of $291.8 million in the third quarter of 2020, an increase of 16%. Net income for the quarter was $17.5 million compared to $20 million, a decrease of 13%.
