Prairieland Partners, LLC has entered an agreement to purchase O'Malley Equipment Company pending John Deere approval. Once the acquisition is complete PrairieLand Partners, LLC will employ over 400 people and have John Deere market responsibilities in 48 counties throughout Kansas and Oklahoma.
The dealership will have 15 locations once the acquisition is final. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in June of 2019.
PrairieLand Partners LLC is the largest John Deere dealership in central Kansas. O'Malley Equipment is a full line John Deere Agricultural and Consumer Products dealership. It was established in 1973 and serves 15 counties in Southeast Kansas and Northeastern Oklahoma with 2 locations in Independence and Iola Kan.
