DULUTH, Ga. (BUSINESS WIRE) Oct. 25, 2018 — AGCO (NYSE: AGCO), a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.15 per common share to be paid on Dec. 14, 2018, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 15, 2018.
The company will announce its third quarter earnings on Tuesday, Oct. 30.
