STONY PLAIN, Alta. — Agriterra Equipment adds two more locations through the purchase of Dennills Agricenter in Vegreville and Dewberry, Alta.

Effective Nov. 1, 2017, Agriterra Equipment has purchased the assets of Dennills Agricenter (Vegreville and Dewberry) in central Alberta. With this acquisition Agriterra has contiguous coverage from Edmonton to the Saskatchewan border. The two companies will combine their expertise in the sale and service of AGCO agricultural equipment along with other common allied products such as Cat (Agriculture), Morris, MacDon, and Cub Cadet. Customers will benefit from an expanded service territory and accessibility to product support, parts and equipment.

“We are delighted to have the Dennills team join the Agriterra group in Alberta,” says Brian Taschuk, Agriterra President and CEO. “Dennills has 90 years of history serving customers in east central Alberta and provides a depth of experience that will strengthen Agriterra Equipment as a whole. The enlarged footprint and added experience contributes to our support capabilities while the additional core products such as Cat, Fendt, Rogator, Agrispread and Cub Cadet, added to the Dennills locations, provide customers with a more complete product offering.”

Roly Dennill with his team in Vegreville, and Morley Dennill with his Dewberry team will continue on to support the new organization and expanded product offering.
