According to a Jan. 4 LinkedIn post from One3 Design, its current CEO Clay Martin has purchased One3 from its founder, former CEO and owner, Tom Boe. Martin assumed the role as CEO of One3 Design in 2022.
One3 Design, along with Redshield Electronics (now Mach) was part of the team that designed the AMOS fully electric autonomous power unit tractor prototype. Two new models of the AMOS were announced in March 2022.
