Kubota Corp. plans to acquire AgJunction, a company that develops guidance, autosteer and autonomy technology, for $72.8 million.
AgJunction announced the acquisition Oct. 8. Under the terms of the agreement, Kubota will acquire AgJunction in an all-cash transaction of approximately CAD $91 million ($72.8 million USD).
