The German manufacturer of Stoll tractor loaders has been sold by its private equity owners to automotive and agricultural engineering group Agrostroj.
The Czech group already owns an engineering company manufacturing TracLift loaders produced to fit a number of different farm tractor makes and models and says Stoll will complement this business.
