Agrisolutions has announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Andersen Steel Sp. Z O.O. Andersen is specialized in tillage part for cultivation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Kutno, Poland – Andersen is a tines and sweeps manufacturer, that belonged to DLG (previous owner for Kongskilde).

“Andersen is a totally new company, fully automized with huge possibilities. Therefore, our production capacity for tines will be increased,” said Tom Welke, CEO of Agrisolutions. “We are very excited to partner with the Andersen Steel team to join forces and increase our offering to our customers”.
