According to a report from Profi, Grimme has acquired the remaining shares of Danish vegetable harvester manufacturer Asa-Lift following its purchase of a 70% stake in the Danish company 7 years ago.
The company's majority stake in Asa-Lift has seen numerous changes to the company, including increasing its workforce to 130 employees and changing Asa-Lift's blue paintwork for "Grimme red" last year.
