Further details of Jost Werke’s acquisition of Quicke tractor loader manufacturer Ålö Holdings are emerging (see Ag Equipment Intelligence, February 2020) as the German manufacturer reported its 2019 financial performance.
Jost is paying €154.6 million ($168 million) — said to be equivalent to an enterprise value of €250 million ($272 million) — for Ålö and its global tractor loader operations for which a world market share of around 30% is claimed.
