CNH Industrial’s shareholders have elected Hubertus Mühlhäuser and Suzanne Heywood as executive directors of the company, CNH Industrial announced. The election came during an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders in Amsterdam.

In August the company announced the appointment of Mühlhäuser as its new chief executive officer, which followed the announcement in July of Heywood’s appointment as chairman. CNH Industrial’s former chairman, Sergio Machionne, died in July due to complications from shoulder surgery.

Heywood previously served at Exor as managing director and at McKinsey & Co., where she was an associate before serving as a senior partner. Mühlhäuser joined CNH Industrial from Welbilt Inc., where he served as director, president and CEO, and before that AGCO Corp., where he headed its EMEA and Asia Region businesses as well as its global engine division.
