Irish farm publication Agriland is reporting that tractor registration data released by the AEA (Agricultural Engineers Assn.) in the UK show that 862 new tractors (over 50 horsepower) were sold during August. That’s down approximately 2% on the figure of 878 for August of last year. Despite this, year-to-date for 2018 some 8,738 new tractors registered is almost 8% ahead of the figure for the January-August period in 2017.
